Founded in 2014, Number One Kopitiam Bristol Malaysian Restaurant began as a small neighbourhood cafe with a simple philosophy: serve honest food made from the finest local ingredients. What started as a dream between two friends has grown into one of the city's most beloved dining destinations, where modern technique meets time-honoured tradition.
