How far in advance should I book?+
For weddings, we recommend 6-12 months ahead. For commercial and portrait sessions, 2-4 weeks is typically sufficient. Popular dates fill quickly, so earlier is always better.
How long until I receive my images?+
Standard delivery is 2-4 weeks depending on the project type. Wedding galleries typically take 4 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee if you need images sooner.
Do you travel for shoots?+
Yes, we travel throughout the UK and internationally. Travel within 50 miles is included. For longer distances, a travel fee may apply which we'll discuss upfront during the booking process.
What happens if the weather is bad?+
For outdoor sessions, we monitor weather closely and can reschedule at no extra cost if conditions are unfavourable. Often, overcast days produce the most beautiful, even lighting for photography.
Do you provide raw/unedited files?+
We don't provide RAW files as they don't represent our finished work. Every delivered image is individually edited to our signature style, ensuring consistent quality across your entire gallery.
Can I print the images?+
Absolutely. All images are delivered at full resolution suitable for large-format printing. We also offer a curated print shop with fine art papers and frames if you'd like museum-quality prints.
