We typically schedule an initial consultation within 3-5 working days. For maintenance services, we can usually start within a week. For larger design projects, we'll provide a timeline during your consultation based on the scope of work and current schedule.
Are you fully insured?+
Yes, we carry comprehensive public liability insurance up to £5 million and employer's liability insurance. All our tree surgeons hold NPTC qualifications and relevant certifications. We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
Do you offer one-off services or only contracts?+
We offer both! While our maintenance packages provide the best value and consistent care, we're happy to provide one-off services for garden clearances, hedge trimming, tree surgery, and more. Just get in touch for a quote.
What areas do you cover?+
We cover a 30-mile radius from our base. This includes Surrey, Kent, Sussex, and parts of South London. For larger projects, we may be able to travel further -- please ask when you contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Can you work with my existing garden design?+
Absolutely. Whether you have a specific vision, architect's plans, or just a rough idea, we can work with you. We also collaborate with garden designers and architects to bring their plans to life with expert implementation.
Do you remove all garden waste?+
Yes, all garden waste is removed as part of our service. We're committed to sustainability, so we compost green waste and recycle wherever possible. Waste removal is included in our maintenance packages and quoted separately for one-off jobs.
